Directions for Mediterranean Vineyards Plein Air painting location
We will be painting at a pond below the Vineyard. To get to the location follow these directions and NOT the directions to Mediterranean Vineyards tasting room.
From Somerset head south along E16, Mt Aukum Rd. Turn left onto Fairplay Road and drive 1.7 miles. Turn left onto Granite Springs Road (with signage for Maestroserio Vineyard).
Turn off here from Fairplay Road onto Granite Springs Road.
Drive to the top of the hill. Turn right onto Granite Springs Winery Road. (Note that the lettering is missing from the road sign!)
Turn right here onto Granite Springs Winery Road.
Follow the gravel road, to the very end. Park in the parking area next to the winery production facility (a red building).
Park here.
The pond where we will be painting is next to the parking area. Please arrive by 9am. I look forward to painting with you!
